We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Maintain excellent relationship with customer and sales team, dealing with orders and client requests, from the quotation to the delivery & potential claims
- “Handle customers” returns, logistics, invoicing, backorders and client stock levels
- Customer database maintenance
- “Communication bridge” between clients, sales and internal team.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Experience
- Minimum HND/B.Sc from a reputable Institution plus 2years relevant working experience.
- Customer focus and service oriented.
- Pleasant phone behavior.
- Good communication skill.
